Brand New Launcher for easy updating in the future.

• new gambling menu fitted with elon musks motivational quote
• Added "First person mode" to visit your city up close

Day/Night Cycle:

• Integrated a dynamic day/night cycle system to simulate realistic time progression.

• Added ambient sounds and environmental changes corresponding to the time of day for enhanced immersion.

Model Rework:

• Reviewed and refined existing 3D models for characters, vehicles, and structures.
• Improved polygon count, texture resolution, and overall geometry for better visual representation.
• Ensured consistency and cohesion in the art style across all models and assets.

Script Tweaks:
